And because the amount of gas in each of the 9 levels is defined, you ́ll get same cooking results over and over again. Flame Failure Safety Device
Want to be sure everything is secure? Neffs' hobs come with a Gas Safety Cut-Off. It steps in if your flame goes out, say, from a gust of wind from an open window. It immediately stops the gas supply to the burner. So, you can cook up a storm, knowing you're safe. Peace of mind? It's on the menu.
Our Services
Free Local Delivery
We deliver all large items purchased from us locally Free Of Charge. We will deliver your item to a room of your choice. There is no charge for delivering up steps, unlike most national retailers who will not deliver where there are over two steps or to flats.
Installation
We do not currently install gas products, but can arrange for a local qualified installer who will be cheaper than the national companies.
Recycling
We can remove your old product on a like for like basis for recycling. Recycling is free but there is a transportation and storage charge. This is currently £20 for items such as washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, etc., and £30 for refrigeration, excluding American style, and will include the removal of the packaging.
Delivery Times
We normally arrange for a delivery time between 9 AM and 1 PM, or between 2 PM and 5 PM, so you are not waiting in all day for us. We can telephone you when our delivery staff are on the way if required. Please Note: We do not deliver on a Thursday or a Sunday.
